punk is an individual style and personality type, not a generic makeup or fashion style. experiment with bright colours and different eyeliners, cause that's undoubtedly what you're looking for. i hate it when people use punk as an adjective on this board.
I dont like it when people use the word ';punk'; it makes them sound really I dont know kinda weird but if you wana look like what you say ';punk'; go heavy on the eyeliner and try putting on red eyeshadow
I really like YouTube as a resource because you can see great demonstrations. I like the one below particularly because she walks you through it step by step.
