What makes small-ish eyes look bigger?

i am not chinese.(NOT RACIA+ST. but not that type of eye) i have a very pretty brown-green eyes but theyre really small. thanks.What makes small-ish eyes look bigger?

If you wear eyeliner only wear it on your upper lid and wing it out a little.





If you wear eyeshadow just use a light wash and a blended white on the browbone as highlighter.

Eyeliner makes small eyes look bigger. Also you could try light shades of eye-shadow on your eye-lid, that and eyeliner really makes a big difference. Hope this helps!!

some shades of eyeshadow will really make your eyes pop depending on your skin tone.


and if you curl your eyelashes and use mascara it will make them look bigger. oh and also eyeliner.
