i kno eyeliner but it just makes mine look smaller! i have real long lashs and ice blue eyes just i wanna make them look bigger!!!How do yo make your eyes look bigger???

1. Conceal undereye dark circles


2. Winged black eyeliner on top lid


3. White eyeliner on the waterline (bottom lid)


4. White eyeshadow on your tear ducts


5. White eyeshadow along inner half of your bottom waterline


6. Bright colored eyeshadow on the outer half of your bottom waterline.


Since your eyes are blue, I would suggest bright turqoise/blue eyeshadow. Anything bright.


7. Curl and use mascara for lashes


BAM. instant bigger eyes (:





Optional: Light shimmer eyeshadow on your lid, usually using an eyeshadow shade thats really close to your skin color, so a champagne/light brown would be nice.
The Trick to Making Your Eyes Look Bigger





There are actually several. To get huge eyes try these tricks:





1. Always curl lashes before applying mascara. You can actually curl lashes AFTER mascara is applied, as long as your mascara is dried (a good tip to know if you want to curl your lashes later in the day without removing your mascara).





2. Don't forget your bottom lashes. For years I avoided mascara on them until a makeup expert showed me how much mascara on my lower lashes really make my eyes pop. I rarely go without now. To apply mascara on lower lashes, hold the brush vertically, then sweep it back and forth.





3. Individual false lashes are exotic, gorgeous and can look natural if applied correctly. Large cities offer ';lash bars'; in the hottest department stores. (Henri Bendel, Bergdorfs and more, for example) but I expect the counters at most department stores will have experts in false lashes. Ask at yours.





Don't want to go to department store? Drugstores carry false eyelashes. If they're too long, you can trim them with scissors.





4. For a doe-eyed, seductive look, makeup artist *Paul Starr suggests you try lining your lower lids with a creamy white eye pencil. He likes Estee Lauder Artists's Eye Pencil in White Writer($18.50).





5. White liner may sound odd, but it really opens up the eye. You can also try putting it on the inside corner of both your upper and your lower lids.





6. Another way to open up eyes is to skip the white eyeliner and opt instead for a platinum highlighter. Dot along the browbone, then blend in. Apply highlighter at the inner corners of your eyes. Follow with eye shadow.





7. Make sure your brows are manicured. Until you get your brows professionally waxed, tweezed or threaded, you won't realize how much they affect the rest of your face. Cleaning up your brow line of stray hairs, adding a slight arch and filling in sparse spots are key to making eyes look much larger.





I find once you get a professional brow job, you can do it yourself for a few months using the pro job as a ';map'; of where to tweeze. To keep brows in place, try a clear eyebrow gel like Maybelline Great Lash Clear Mascara or just spritz a bit of hairspray onto an old toothbrush and brush brows in perfect place.
use a darker shimmer shadow but apply it really lightly close to the lashline, and then use brown, or dark grey topliner, i recommend exagerate rimmel in brown. black sometimes makes eyes look smaller, ive got big eyes but i rarely use eyeliner on the waterline. if u do, apply it from a third of the way towards the edge of the waterline and put a teensy bit of dark shadow (or blend ur eyeliner) on the tip of ur upper lashline
Use eyeliner along the your top lid, above your lashes, but not on the bottom lid of the eye as this makes them look smaller. I find liquid eyeliner is best for this as it stays on better and you can get better definition. Hope this helps..
First of all, curl your lashes. That makes a big difference. Second, you should apply dark eyeliner under your eyes. And lastly, you should apply white eyeliner on the inside of your lower lid. It sounds strange but it looks great!
Curl your eyelashes, After that, apply a dark black mascara and black eyeliner. Don't use too much eyeliner or else it will overpower your eyes and make them look smaller.
just put eyeliner on the top lid and then put on quite a bit of mascara on the top lashes and a little bit on the bottom lashes.

no but try white eyeliner on the inside of your eyes...top and bottom..go very thin with the black eyeliner or what ever color you wear... your eyelashes .go long and bold...makes your eyes pop!
curl your eyelashes...and also use a volumizing mascara. use a light pastel shadow. (dark ones make them look smaller) and try not to squint
