heres a tip, apply your eye liner right to your bottom lash line ,then go over the part of skin toward the inner part of your eye that your lashes connect to the, pull up your eye lid then trace over that same part on your upper lashes , it really makes your eyes pop, then take your mascara and apply it to your top lashes starting from root to tip and keep going over it till it looks even and full, like you got every lash ..this technique adds volume


then go over your bottom lashes as well


as for eye shadow choose a neutral color, brown,tan,silver, etc. and put it on you top lid till the crease then blend it in so theres no sharp line were it is, you could even take a slightly darker color shadow after and go right above the top lash line and in the inner crevice of your eye blending out

Get very black eyeliner and apply it on your upper rim of your eye lids.


And then get a pearl-y white eyeliner and apply it on the bottom rim.


Get a silver eyeshadow and apply it on your eye crease. Get a slightly lighter silver eyeshadow and apply it under you brow line. Curl your eyelashes. This will open up your eyes, and helps the process of making them look bigger. Then apple mascara. I recommend covergirl lashblast in very black. It's the best mascara I've used. 2 coats of mascara on the top lashes, and 1 on the bottom.

1. Use a skin coloured shadow on the inner half of the eye starting from lashes to brow.


2. Apply a medium shadow to the crease, concentrating on the outer half of the eye.


3. Apply eyeliner on the outer half of the eye closest to the lashes.


4. Apply a highlighter shimmer colour under the arch of the brow, you can also use a white eye pencil on the waterline to help open up your eyes.


5. Keep your eyebrows groomed and shaped. A light thinner eyebrow for small eyes will helpto open the eyes up.

Penciling-in a darker thin line on the top edge of your bottom lashes should draw the attention more toward your eyes.


BE CAREFUL to not overdo this! - You will look like you are sick if you overdo it.





AND......... maybe a bit of eye shadow on your top lashes.

take three similar colors of eyeshadow. like three shades of grey. take the medium color and put it on your entire eyelid. then take the lightest and put it in the inside corners. then take the darkest and put it on the outside corners and the crease. make sure to blend them all.
take eyeliner apply under yr eyes and in the corners then take eye liner put very very little above yr eye and take eyeshadow use a soft gold color pink or light purple depending on yr eyes color blue eyes use brown eyeshadow brown eyes use light purple hazel use light pink/peach ect and add mascara and it rlly makes yr eyes pop
white eye liner at the bottom work wonders !





also curl %26amp;%26amp; apply an excess amount of mascara !
