Does eyeliner look good on the bottom of your eyes or the top?

I usually wear liquid eyeliner on the top, i use to wear it on the bottom butt whenever i wear it just on the top it looks like im not wearing any makeup and i love makeup, lol. So i was just wondering what i should do..Does eyeliner look good on the bottom of your eyes or the top?
It depends on what look you are going for. For a day or if you are not comfortable wearing too much makeup, use liner only on the top. If you feel that it looks like you're not wearing makeup, try ';winging'; the liner (using liquid and pencil...here is a link...a little bit strange but a very good tutorial http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h8k9iXhg7… with a lighter highlighting shade on your brow bone and lid.


For night or when you're looking for more intensity, line your upper and lower lids, then, using an eyeliner brush, q-tip or shadow applicator, go over the lower lash line again with a similar color shadow to make the look even more bold.

i usually put normall eyeliner on the bottom cuz im too lazy to put it on the top


but if you put it normal eyeliner and not liquid eyeliner on the top And BOTTOM it looks waay better.


like, make the top a thin eyeliner part but thicker than the liquid ones

I think that it depends if your eyes are big or small. Big eyes can handle both but I think small eyes should only wear a dark eye liner on the bottom and if you are going to do an eye liner on the top, do it lighter.
i wear it on the bottom in the eyelid like i pull my eye out and put it on. I like black on the bottom but brown or silver or green eyeliner loo good on the top lol.
try not using liquid liner on the bottom only on the top and only go half way on the bottom and use mascara on the bottom because it will open up your eyes and you will look like your wearing make up
i wear it on the bottom and the top. personally, i think it makes us girls look more alluring =]


but then, i could be wrong haha
i only use my eyeliner one the outside on the top and then the inside on the top n bottom if u understand wut i'm saying u can make it look thicker n stuff too

and if u dont want to wear it on the bottom, just wear mascara (on the bottom)
