I usually wear liquid eyeliner on the top, i use to wear it on the bottom butt whenever i wear it just on the top it looks like im not wearing any makeup and i love makeup, lol. So i was just wondering what i should do..Does eyeliner look good on the bottom of your eyes or the top?
It depends on what look you are going for. For a day or if you are not comfortable wearing too much makeup, use liner only on the top. If you feel that it looks like you're not wearing makeup, try ';winging'; the liner (using liquid and pencil...here is a link...a little bit strange but a very good tutorial http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h8k9iXhg7… with a lighter highlighting shade on your brow bone and lid.
For night or when you're looking for more intensity, line your upper and lower lids, then, using an eyeliner brush, q-tip or shadow applicator, go over the lower lash line again with a similar color shadow to make the look even more bold.

but if you put it normal eyeliner and not liquid eyeliner on the top And BOTTOM it looks waay better.

I think that it depends if your eyes are big or small. Big eyes can handle both but I think small eyes should only wear a dark eye liner on the bottom and if you are going to do an eye liner on the top, do it lighter.
i wear it on the bottom in the eyelid like i pull my eye out and put it on. I like black on the bottom but brown or silver or green eyeliner loo good on the top lol.
try not using liquid liner on the bottom only on the top and only go half way on the bottom and use mascara on the bottom because it will open up your eyes and you will look like your wearing make up

The way women have done it for years is to put darker eyeshadow in the crease of the eye, slightly darker thanyour own skin colour, blend this up onto the area above your eye. Then use a lighter colour on the eyelid, with a much lighter colour blended into the lid above the inner corner of your eye. The trick is blending so it looks like natural shading and not eye shadow. If you don't use much makeup, this will make it look like you don't need much makeup.
Keep in mind, you don't have to wear black eyeliner, pencil or mascara. Brown is a defining colour that doesn't make your eyes look smaller and looks more natural. Clinque has a nice duo brown eyepencil in two shades of brown. I use the darker on the top outer corner to widen my eyes and the lighter along the bottom lashes.

Hmm i sometimes have the same problem. Dont wear too much eyeliner cos itll make your eyes look smaller, wear a thin line of it round the outside of your eyes (not in the corner by the dear duct). Also if your going somewhere fancy false eyelashes help. Also a good make up tip is wear a light neutral colour over the whole lid, like white or ivory or beige, then a slightly darker colour like tan at the outside edge. it makes all the difference.
Remember that light colours make things appear bigger and dark make them smaller...so put a pale shadow with a hint of sparkle right across your whole lid...from the lashes to the brow..not a lot...then put a darker colour like mid brown in the crease of your eyelids....blend it in and outward....then with a fine wet brush dipped in a darker brown again....line the very edge of your upper lashes..making the line go a bit wider towards the outer edge of your eye....and the smae underneath.

Hi, I'm getting a bit frustrated and could do with some advice.
When im in a club say i find a girl looking over at me (not within reach) I look back in her eyes whilst dancing and she doesn't look away...is this good or bad. Its happens a fair bit but i dont know how to take it...

Neither is Obama, so no need to stand up Letterman, lie, and not even go to Washington until the next day. Then there is the 'Obama phoned it in' line he uses. Obama was at the same meeting McCain was in with the President that day. Didn't he remember?
And the debate, the wandering around, looking lost, I don't think his 'that one' was racist, I think he forgot Obamas name. And did you notice at the end that he and Cindy walked out quickly, barely a goodbye to the moderator or the audience? His behavior is surprising, is he tired from the campaign? For the first time I have real questions about his stamina, about his ability to lead.
Hes not on my side of the aisle, but my concern is more than what party hes in, he just doesn't seem right.What do you see when you look into McCains eyes?
I see some one with the guts to do the right thing, even if we don't like it. And the right thing is always the best way to lead a country. For example, Although he is in favor to reduce illegal immigration he also advocates for a legalization of the undocumented workers, he receive life-threats because of that, and he still sustains it, because he knows is the right thing to do, and he is being the same way all his life, we need some one that stand by core american values, I don't care what 'color or material' he is made of.
The one thing I see in the eyes of John McCain, that is completely missing from the eyes of Barack Obama, and that is integrity of character.
i see an old man who is about to die and doesn't know what the fucccckkk he is talking about.. like if he is president i will leave the country HE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CHOICE FOR AMERICA RIGHT NOW AND FOREVER , HE SUCKS ... SO DOES PALIN :D
I see hate and jealousy. I also see a unstable person who will go to war over nothing, and wants to continue the Bush administrations policys.

Contact lenses for someone that has blue-green eyes and wants them to be totaly blue and to look natural?
One of my eyes is more blue than green and the other eye is green. I would love to make them look a pretty blue but not fake looking. Please serious answers only. I think they're rather Baltic, south american or Middle eastern. The thick and dark eyebrow points me in those directions and I think the eyes are rather dark brown or really dilated dark blue.

heres a tip, apply your eye liner right to your bottom lash line ,then go over the part of skin toward the inner part of your eye that your lashes connect to the, pull up your eye lid then trace over that same part on your upper lashes , it really makes your eyes pop, then take your mascara and apply it to your top lashes starting from root to tip and keep going over it till it looks even and full, like you got every lash ..this technique adds volume
then go over your bottom lashes as well
as for eye shadow choose a neutral color, brown,tan,silver, etc. and put it on you top lid till the crease then blend it in so theres no sharp line were it is, you could even take a slightly darker color shadow after and go right above the top lash line and in the inner crevice of your eye blending out

Get very black eyeliner and apply it on your upper rim of your eye lids.
And then get a pearl-y white eyeliner and apply it on the bottom rim.
Get a silver eyeshadow and apply it on your eye crease. Get a slightly lighter silver eyeshadow and apply it under you brow line. Curl your eyelashes. This will open up your eyes, and helps the process of making them look bigger. Then apple mascara. I recommend covergirl lashblast in very black. It's the best mascara I've used. 2 coats of mascara on the top lashes, and 1 on the bottom.

BE CAREFUL to not overdo this! - You will look like you are sick if you overdo it.

heres a tip, apply your eye liner right to your bottom lash line ,then go over the part of skin toward the inner part of your eye that your lashes connect to the, pull up your eye lid then trace over that same part on your upper lashes , it really makes your eyes pop, then take your mascara and apply it to your top lashes starting from root to tip and keep going over it till it looks even and full, like you got every lash ..this technique adds volume
then go over your bottom lashes as well
as for eye shadow choose a neutral color, brown,tan,silver, etc. and put it on you top lid till the crease then blend it in so theres no sharp line were it is, you could even take a slightly darker color shadow after and go right above the top lash line and in the inner crevice of your eye blending out

put some white eyeliner on the rims of your eyes and on the edges of your tearducts it will make your eyes look wider also curling your eyelashes help and i reccomend covergirl lash blast mascara for full and long eyelashes good luck :)

put some white eyeliner on the rims of your eyes and on the edges of your tearducts it will make your eyes look wider also curling your eyelashes help and i reccomend covergirl lash blast mascara for full and long eyelashes good luck :)

Sometimes kittens will get a little litter dust, or lint in an eye, and it'll start to tear. If the kitten starts wiping it, it'll get red and sore.
It's time for your kitten's vet checkup.....with immunizations, so take it tomorrow ... take care of THAT....and let the vet look at the eye!

Look up MakeUpGeek on youtube and look at her vids- you will find this look and she is amazingHow do I get my eyes to look like this?
There are a few ways and two come to mind when I look at these pictures. Look for a very soft gray or ';Soft black'; eyeliner pencil. It might be best if it's a bigger style pencil or the type where you click it to get the product out, rather then sharpen it. You're going to want to see if you can find a ';smoking'; pencil or ';smudging'; pencil. Many times there is an applicator on the other side of these makeup pencils that help you get that smoked look. Pencils can be a little more difficult then eyeshadows, but you do get the more dramatic look.
Another way is to use Q-Tips. They are inexpensive and you can use a fresh one for each color every time, rather then washing out a makeup brush. You can even get the Q-Tip a little wet to make the color you are choosing more bold. You want to line the lower and top lids of your eyes and then use the other QTip Side to smudge the look...
Everyone's eyes are shaped differently, so it's very hard to tell you EXACTLY how to do it. You pretty much just have to sit in front of a mirror and see what technique works best for you. Use a magnified mirror or sit on your bathroom counter up close to the mirror if you have to! Haha. You can always try different brands of products to see the different results they will give. Even get a girlfriend or two to try out new eye makeup techniques like this one... Remember, it usually won't turn out right the first few times, or you might find a style you prefer more... 1. prime your eye. with a dark grey or light black cream shadow, revoln sells them and lots of other brands too.
2. line your eys. yes line them first. liquid or pencil doesn't really matter as long as its black or a really dark grey.
3. take a dark grey or light black and put that all over you lid and a little on your brow bone, as high as she has it.
4. take a darker shadow and go in your crease.
5. take a smudge brush (i think thats what they are called, i forget!!) and smudged so its not a harsh line.
6. highlight your brow bone. champang is a great high-lighting color.
7 mascara. top and bottom lashes, two on the top lashes one on the bottom.

You're going to want to see if you can find a ';smoking'; pencil or ';smudging'; pencil. Many times there is an applicator on the other side of these makeup pencils that help you get that smoked look. Pencils can be a little more difficult then eyeshadows, but you do get the more dramatic look.
Another way is to use Q-Tips. They are inexpensive and you can use a fresh one for each color every time, rather then washing out a makeup brush. You can even get the Q-Tip a little wet to make the color you are choosing more bold. You want to line the lower and top lids of your eyes and then use the other QTip Side to smudge the look...
Everyone's eyes are shaped differently, so it's very hard to tell you EXACTLY how to do it. You pretty much just have to sit in front of a mirror and see what technique works best for you. Use a magnified mirror or sit on your bathroom counter up close to the mirror if you have to! Haha. You can always try different brands of products to see the different results they will give. Even get a girlfriend or two to try out new eye makeup techniques like this one... Remember, it usually won't turn out right the first few times, or you might find a style you prefer more... You just have to PRACTICE. Honestly. Good luck!!!
smokey eye.
1. prime your eye. with a dark grey or light black cream shadow, revoln sells them and lots of other brands too.
2. line your eys. yes line them first. liquid or pencil doesn't really matter as long as its black or a really dark grey.
3. take a dark grey or light black and put that all over you lid and a little on your brow bone, as high as she has it.
4. take a darker shadow and go in your crease.
5. take a smudge brush (i think thats what they are called, i forget!!) and smudged so its not a harsh line.
6. highlight your brow bone. champang is a great high-lighting color.
7 mascara. top and bottom lashes, two on the top lashes one on the bottom.

use eye liner, than for eye shadow, on lid put a darker color, in crease put a lighter color, and right under your brow put a whitish color. for mascara zig zag your brush from you root up.

Definitely use an eyelash curler and mascara. I like Shu Emura's (think that's how it's spelled) eyelash curler, it has a gel curler which seems to make the eyelashes stay curled longer. I then put a few coats on mascara on the top lashes (I like Diorshow and Maybelline's Great Lash.) Before that though, try using eyeliner on your top lid and some darker shadow to line the outer corner of your lower lid. I also like to put some highlighting shadow (creamy or golden color) to the inner corner of your top and bottom eye lid. This is the method I use. How would i get a smoky cat eyed look?
You'll need: Black Liquid liner, and pencil liner, Black mascara, black shadow, dark brown shadow, and a shadow that is a shade or 2 darker than your skin tone, and whitish shadow

i couldnt tell much from the picture, but i can kind see the shimmer in the inner corners and to do that is to use a white eyeliner, line at the tearduct dont line all the way just at the tearduct and go over the white eyeliner with whatever shimmer/sparkly eyeshadow you have, the eyeliner act as a base for the eyeshadow..and then just curl your lashes and it would look similar, or add some eyeliner.. keeping it natural you know. and there's also youtube videos, just in case you kind of get confused on what im trying to say lol..

Then highlight it with just a little bit of a light shimmery brown. (highlight foes on the top mid of the lid to were you really dont see it but just a bit when the eye is open. Then get some good thickening mascara and curl your eyeslashes. This is a natural and very flattering look that is good for daytime and evening wear. It goes with everything!!

I can't tell without a colored picture..but from what i'm seeing it looks like the flash from the camera....but if you want to get that shimmery look then buy a light (beige ) shimmery eyeshadow and blend it between the creases of your inner eye.. I usually put black eyeliner inside and sometimes on top half way...bottom half way...or both ..! play around with it :)

I still would not desire for him to live an eternity without God. So although I would not say, Hey sinner you are going to hell, I would share the gift Jesus has made available to him and everyone and why he died for us.

I have a 6 month old Pit Bull pup. His eyes always seem to be glossy looking and also quite red? Could this be some sort of allergy? They have run befour but very very little and not often at all. Im pretty pale and my friends are sometimes like '; why are you so pale'; and stuff. This is making my confidence drop heaps!
So I was wondering if you think it looks ok to be pale (not white or anything, but pale) with blonde hair and blue eyes?

Do explain your friends very calmly that if they are your friends they will not put you down and criticize you and if they continue to do it you won't be friends anymore. It's generally valid. If someone gets a kick out of making you feel bad he's not a real friend.
At the right age you can apply make-up if you feel like, but you do look okay natural. I suggest you look at pale actresses and models. If they still get jobs, it means their look is fine.

The answer involves all the usual boring stuff like fresh air, exercise, good food with plenty of fruit and veg, lots of water, and enough sleep. Find a dark circles eye cream containing antioxidants, Vitamin K and Kojic Acid; these are key to preventing and diminishing sagging under eye skin and puffy eyes.
go 2 bed a bit earlier
take 2 spoons put them in the frezzer and leve them in there all night and in the morning take them out put the spoons where your bags are and leave the spoons there untill its not cold there any more
concealer, and foundation

OMG....I am 13(almost 14) too. And i have under eye bags....and they are dark and they look darker because of my skin color......(I tan skin).....Well on the internet i found out that sleep effects under eye circle and lack of water and all that good stuff that the websites say...and i also found out that sometimes under eye bags are hereditary and that you can get them from your mom/dad( thats where i got my eyebags)..Well I know that not every mom/dad lets their daughter wear make up....but if your parents do you can put concealor under you eyes(thats it you don't have to put loads of makeup just put it on problem areas) and for the rest of your skin you can put fondation on.........but if you can't use makeup for some reason (Oh by the way makeup doesn't harm your skin not unless your allergis to some type of makeup...like i am allergic to clovergirls age foudation...it makes me breakout) then if you parents don't let you wear makeup then i don't know what to do........

13 is rather young but use a cherry size blob of moisturiser and add a tiny blob of foundation its not to harsh on your young skin and will give your face a natural looking glow hope this helps =]

Question about eye contacts colored by fresh looks?
Well i can get a free trial, I want to know if i have to pay to get a fitting and stuff for the contacts trial when i go to the eye doctor...do I?

That is really just a way for the company to generate interest, the coupon isn't needed at all.
All it does is get you asking about them at the Dr's office.
Yes, you have to pay for the exam and fitting, and you would get a trial pair anyway, although, not in your prescription. The trial pair is just to determine the fit , then if they work well, they order your supply.

I am 34 and i need a good anti aging cream that provides good moisture. I cant seem to find one that does both. At the moment I am using a good moisturizing one. This is a relatively easy problem to fix. Try putting a thin layer of white eyeliner on the tear line (bottom) and on the inside corner of your eyes. That should open them up. You can also try using an eyelash curler.
There are excellent videos on youtube from Michelle Phan. I think she will really be able to show you some good methods. All of her videos are great, but heres one of them that I think would be most helpful:

Try almay 16 hour eyeliner pencils. They are easy to smudge up with a Q-tip and make a smokey look. And the look stays for the whole day and more. Do this to the upper eye lid only, instead of a shadow.
You can also wear black eyeliner on the INSIDE of both top and bottom lids before going to bed and in the morning wipe off the excess smudged up part. Then apply the white liner in the inside of your lower lid only. (This way the black liner gets into the line of the eyelashes) This trick of white/black combo make eyes pop.
Wearing dark shadow makes your eyes look bigger,I find.Put dark shadow on the out corners of your eyes,where your eyelid crease is.
You could also draw a strip of black eyeliner on your top lid and extend it so it flicks out the corner of your eyes.Line inner eyes with white liner so they pop.
concentrate on wearing eyeliner on ur top lid rather than your bottom. it makes a huge difference.
line the inside of your bottom lids with a white eyeliner. i saw this trick on the Tyra show one time. it makes them pop!!

Why wont my Doberman look into my eyes?
I know this sounds silly, but Its just weird?! Like lets say when I'm petting him, I look down at him, he will look for a second, but then look away. I think I heard it was something about dominance, but I think im wrong? what could it be?

Often times this is a way of initiating a fight between pack members. By averting his eyes from you, your dog is telling you that he is relaxed and in no way wants to steal your position of family leader. This is a good thing!

For dogs it is the opposite, to a dog looking away from direct eye contact means they trust your leadership, respect your place in the social dominance hierarchy and want to avoid conflict. When a dog stares back into your eyes and does not look away you have a problem... it means they dont respect you or your authority. Your dog looking away is a sign of his respect and trust in you.. NEVER stare into the eyes of a strange dog you do not know, if they have dominance aggression they will think you are challenging them and are likely to bite you.
If you look a dog in the eyes and he looks back for more than a few secound, he will take it as a threat and will most likely attack you.

U see, he respects you and that comes from the past when dogs lived in groups ( similar to wolves today) . They had a leader who was in charge of everything. He gets the right to mate and eat first. Your dog probably has that feeling that you are the leader of the group (which is made of u and him).
