I would zoom in on the eyes with the photo in MS Paint. You can select the curved line. click drag from where you want it to start and stop, let go and move to the center of the line and click drag till its where you want it then let go. Its a double process. Don't use the original till you get better at it and remember XP has 3 undoes and Vista has unlimited undoes in paint.
