How can i make my face look clear and bright with no bags under my eyes?

I always see girls in my year with FAB skin. I know they probably have loads of makeup on but still..

HOW?

by the way im 13How can i make my face look clear and bright with no bags under my eyes?
At 13 you shouldn't be asking how you can make your skin LOOK clear and bright etc etc., you should be asking just how to make your skin that way in reality. Make up is not the answer. The answer involves all the usual boring stuff like fresh air, exercise, good food with plenty of fruit and veg, lots of water, and enough sleep. Sorry to preach. How can i make my face look clear and bright with no bags under my eyes?
Go to bed early
Lots of water. sleep and face packs each week.
Find a dark circles eye cream containing antioxidants, Vitamin K and Kojic Acid; these are key to preventing and diminishing sagging under eye skin and puffy eyes.
go 2 bed a bit earlier
take 2 spoons put them in the frezzer and leve them in there all night and in the morning take them out put the spoons where your bags are and leave the spoons there untill its not cold there any more
concealer, and foundation
well you can use some skin cream
Be healthy!!!! Eat what is good for you. I implore you to check out this website. www.NaturalNews.com. Your Diet has a tremendous affect on every aspect of your physical %26amp; mental health. Your heart, lungs, kidneys, brain, %26amp; ALL of your organs. The largest of which is your skin. The best way to be healthy is to educate yourself on these matters. They do not teach you these things in school. I applaud you for taking the first step... ASKING How can I look %26amp; feel better. The answer to that question %26amp; your qustion is the same-educate yourself. The following site is an excellent place to begin. www.naturalnews.com
moisturize with either tea bags or cucumbers over your eyes, and use a good concealer under your eyes before you put youre make up one, but dont overload it and make sure teh concealer is lighter than your skin tone.
Sleep before midnight, drink plenty of water and eat anything that contains loads of vitamin E.

Use toner after cleansing, scrub and mask once a week (lemon contains loads of vit C, excellent skin brightener). Refrigerated cucumber slices/camomille teabags for under your eyes.

Avoid wearing make-up, it actually makes your skin looks dull when you are not wearing it.

During my modelling days, drinking coffee is a sin
At 13, I doubt any bags you may have are packed for an extended vacation.

What you want is the glow of good health and the only way to really have it is to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Eat a balanced diet, drink plenty of water, take your vitamins, make sure you get enough exercise and physical activity and work to develop both your personality and your brain.

Go easy on the make up, it can do evil things to the skin if you don't apply and remove it correctly. Speaking of which, I went to Yahoo.com and queried ';how to apply and remove make up'; and got this list of links you might want to decide on.
cleanse tone and moisturiser and confidence.
OMG....I am 13(almost 14) too. And i have under eye bags....and they are dark and they look darker because of my skin color......(I tan skin).....Well on the internet i found out that sleep effects under eye circle and lack of water and all that good stuff that the websites say...and i also found out that sometimes under eye bags are hereditary and that you can get them from your mom/dad( thats where i got my eyebags)..Well I know that not every mom/dad lets their daughter wear make up....but if your parents do you can put concealor under you eyes(thats it you don't have to put loads of makeup just put it on problem areas) and for the rest of your skin you can put fondation on.........but if you can't use makeup for some reason (Oh by the way makeup doesn't harm your skin not unless your allergis to some type of makeup...like i am allergic to clovergirls age foudation...it makes me breakout) then if you parents don't let you wear makeup then i don't know what to do........
Rest and concealer could be hereditry.
drink a lot of water.thats the best way
Ha, if youre thirteen you need more sleep. Ask them how they look so good. Or get some like foundation stuff that covers it a little.
Wait another year and then you can start wearing foundation.
13 is rather young but use a cherry size blob of moisturiser and add a tiny blob of foundation its not to harsh on your young skin and will give your face a natural looking glow hope this helps =]
Get plenty of sleep, drink plenty of water, and eat a healthy diet.

Instead of slapping loads of make-up on try a tinted moisturiser, and make sure you take your make-up off before you got to bed.
