How do you use white eyeliner to make your eyes more noticeable, but not look freaky? To look natural.?

try using black eye liner like you would normally, then put a white line above the black line on the top lid. then, do the inside corner of your eye with the white just a little bit. then you can also put a small white line on the bottom towards the outer part of your eye. this takes practice though! it may not look right on everyone but I like it on me.How do you use white eyeliner to make your eyes more noticeable, but not look freaky? Use a brown liner first. Then use the white liner on top of the brown line. Fill the rest of the eye lid with a highlighter color in a natural shade (cream, white, pale pink etc.). It will not look freaky. It will look very nice. I have also done the same thing with a black liner but it looks a little more dramatic.
Sometimes I use it, and I only put the liner on the bottom lid. But most of the time the better color for a ';natural'; look is brown.
just a dab of white in the inner corners will make your eyes look brighter and more ';awake';, use your finger to smudge it in
white??? okay. use this in a fine line on the tip if your eye lid over a, say a, blue eye shadow base.





It gives a shimmer effect.





the shimmer to the shadow of blue will open your eye giving your eye colour a clearer look.

just us it very light or use brown eyeliner then use the white on the top of it that will makit look natural
to really make your eyes pop only use the white liner on your bottom lashes. and use a black browm blue or lavender on top.


if you use white eyeliner tho DONT use black mascara or youl look like you have on too white eye liner. if you get the clear moisturizing and plumping mascara with the white eyeliner youll still have plush lashes but your eyes will seem bigger and more vibrant
WELL, u could smudge it in the inner corners of ur eyes, but u could also line on the inner line from ur eyelash to make the insides of ur eyes *pop* but dont go overboared!
You need to be brave and get the white eye liner right in the very closest bit of skin that is practically touching your eyeball.. that way it make it look like the whites of your eyes are a bit bigger. Or, you can just put a darker eyeliner around the eye which also makes your eyes look bigger.
To look natural dont use any. To draw attention to your eyes cover up your breasts well.

well apply black eyeshadow faintly then and line ur eye with the white liner it makes u look more alive n if u r black with very bolgy eyes is makes your eyes look sexy not scary
