May it be night or morning its always drowsy, but not really sleepy. It makes me look ugly. Is it because i'm under a little depression? What can i do to make it look normal? Should i wear eyeliner or something? Please help thanks. xWhy do my eyes always look drowsy?

The other answeres were correct, you should try to get more sleep and drink more water, but if you want immediate effects, you should try to use an eye cream that has some sort of lifting and tightening effect. I use Oil of Olay eye serum, and it takes down all sweling, blends dark circles, and I even get compliments from people about how young I look and clear my skin looks.
Of course, you absolutely should drink water all of the time, and figure out the depression thing.
Pearl eyeliner on the %26lt; (inner corners) of your eye! The pearl looks natural, but makes you look much more awake. Or a brow highlighter, just to give yourself a mini face-lift when you look tired. If you have puffy eyes, place icy cold spoons on them to depuff them. If you have bags, dab on some concealer :)
I think drowsy eyes look sexy...u know, like when they're halfway open. Just pucker your lips and then you'll look just like a supermodel.
well it might be because you are not sleeping enough silly! you need to put on dream matte mouse i have it the stuff works awsomely! also alme eyeliner the thik one will help to because if there are rinkles or drousy lines it will cover some! also think about something else other then dissapointment! you can find these things at a local homiing good store like cvs or walgreens!
well, first just go to sleep early so you dont have bags under your eyes, and dont use a lot of make up on it then it will like come off and look purple.
Dehydration! Drink more water.
