My 8 week old kittens right eye looks a bit sore. only started tonight. looks a bit closed up.?

Sometimes kittens will get a little litter dust, or lint in an eye, and it'll start to tear. If the kitten starts wiping it, it'll get red and sore.





It's time for your kitten's vet checkup.....with immunizations, so take it tomorrow ... take care of THAT....and let the vet look at the eye!

Sounds like it might be getting a cold in its eye. If you have any medicine that is for pink eye or an eye infection, you can put a few drops in and it should take care of it in a few days. Put a few drops in a couple of times a day and you should see an improvement. If not, take it to the vet. Sometimes something in the eyes for a cat means there could be a respitory infection.
