Because it doesn't really look like you put any on the top lid. If you want to keep with what you have on the bottom lid, put some on your top lid to even things out. But if you don't feel comfortable then just put some on your bottom lid, but cut back a bit.

Lol, just a tad. You could probably get away with a little less and if you stop a little before your eyelashes actually stop, then it doesn't look like a football player *sorry, its what everyone reminds me of when they have to dark of eyeliner* also, black is the worst color of eye liner on anybody. But thats just my opinion. Do what you want. After all, your make up should reflect you, not a whole bunch of people online you have never met
Lining the bottom of your eyes heavily actually has the effect of making your eyes appear smaller. You should use liquid eyeliner (or pencil) on the top. You will notice a massive improvment. :)
Yeah, too much eyeliner, it looks like it's been really badly edited on paint or something. Try using a browner eyeliner or just try using less :)
too much makeup? your only wearing eyeliner on the bottom, and the line is way too thick. even it out, or apply some shadow at least
