Haha, you aren't weird at all. Most women like it when that's what a guy is looking at, and NOT their boobs. The boobs part can be later. If you look at their breasts first, it'll make an impression to that girl that you're, one, a pervert, and/or two, you're a sex maniac :x. Most of the time, guy/girls tend to look at a woman/men's face, so I think you're completely, 100% normal :D.

Actually most guys look at the facial features before the rest of the body. I always notice eyes and smile before anything else. Don't be mistaken, I DO notice the rest of their body very soon after I notice their face, but the fact remains that I notice the face first!

And it's really not all the other guys who stare at boobs and *ss. it's arrogant of them to only see those as good assets but only some guys really are like that.
