BUTTERFLIED EYE ROUND ROAST
Low Sodium. Makes 12 servings.
1 beef eye round roast (3 lbs.)
1/4 c. each red wine vinegar and water
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme or 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
Butterfly beef eye round roast by cutting horizontally through the center (parallel to surface of meat), the length and width of roast. Do not cut through opposite side of roast. Open meat and lay flat.
Combine vinegar, water, oil, garlic, thyme and red pepper. Place beef roast in plastic bag; add vinegar mixture, turning to coat roast. Close bag securely; marinate in refrigerator 6 to 8 hours (or overnight, if desired), turning occasionally. Remove roast from marinade; reserve marinade.
Place beef on rack in broiler pan so surface of meat is 5 to 7 inches from heat source. Broil 20 to 25 minutes to desired doneness (rare or medium), turning and basting with reserved marinade occasionally. Tent with foil and allow roast to stand 10 to 15 minutes in warm place before carving. Carve roast into thin slices.
Note: A beef eye round roast will yield four 3 ounce cooked servings per pounds.

3-5 lb. eye of round roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of onion soup
Salt
Pepper
Place eye of round roast in a crock pot. Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of cream of onion soup. let cook 8-10 hours. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with rice.Looking for a recipe to prepare eye roast?

2. Place each roast in a roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 2 hours or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a meat thermometer should read 145 degrees F; medium, 160 degrees F; well-done, 170 degrees F).

How do i make my eyes look brighter?
my eyes used to be really bright blue but noe they look really dull in a way i herd that if you put cold tea bags they would make a change to your eyes should i do that or do something else??????????How do i make my eyes look brighter?

1.Make sure you always start with a clean face. That means that you should remove all make up with cleanser and eye make-up with make-up remover at night before bed. 2.In the morning cleanse your skin again. Gently pat the eye area. Next if you wear eye shadow apply as you normally would.
3. Now comes the key point. Apply mascara only to the top lashes. Remember to start at the base of the lash and extend up. Always use a good mascara to avoid lumps and lashes sticking together. Leave the lower lashes alone. Yours eye will look much brighter drawing attention to the eye and upper lash area. After a long day your eyes will not have that usual tired look that often comes from the mascara that tends to leave a dark hue on the skin from the lower lashes. def use great foundation and great concealer for this. do ur regular makeup routine and just use a peachy colored pencil eyeliner and draw it on your water liner. use a frosty white color on the inner corners of your eyes. this makeup tip will brighten up the eye area.
for a non-makeup routine. after you wash your face with a scrub for night, or a cleansing lotion in the morning. dab a great eye cream on (i use olay total effects) and use ur ring finger to grab a touch of cream and lightly tap it on the whole eye area until it about almost all absorbed. then swipe your ring finger lightly from the inner to the outer corners 2 or 3 times. and make sure you get at least 8 hours of sleep every night and drink lots of water.
you should drink water right before you go to bed, but make sure you elevate your pillow a little, so you won't get bags under your eyes in the morning.
you could get blue contact from an opticians. and easier way is to put bright blue or white eyeliner on the inner eyeline (i dont know what this bit is called haha). i have brown eyes and white eyeliner looks lovely. but to make them more blue - use a really nice bright blue - barry m does a nice blue.

Yesterday I went to uni and I met two indian guys and I always look people in the eye, it's just a habit, but one indian guy was SO uncomfortable looking me in the eye but he had no problem looking the other guy in the eye (even though both me and the other indian guy had just met him). Sometimes he'd talk to me while looking at the other guy O_O wtf lol but yeah. The other guy didn't seem 'held down' by tradition, you know. He was like modern I guess. Does eyeliner look good on the bottom of your eyes or the top?
I usually wear liquid eyeliner on the top, i use to wear it on the bottom butt whenever i wear it just on the top it looks like im not wearing any makeup and i love makeup, lol. So i was just wondering what i should do..Does eyeliner look good on the bottom of your eyes or the top?
It depends on what look you are going for. For a day or if you are not comfortable wearing too much makeup, use liner only on the top. If you feel that it looks like you're not wearing makeup, try ';winging'; the liner (using liquid and pencil...here is a link...a little bit strange but a very good tutorial http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h8k9iXhg7… with a lighter highlighting shade on your brow bone and lid.
For night or when you're looking for more intensity, line your upper and lower lids, then, using an eyeliner brush, q-tip or shadow applicator, go over the lower lash line again with a similar color shadow to make the look even more bold.

I think that it depends if your eyes are big or small. Big eyes can handle both but I think small eyes should only wear a dark eye liner on the bottom and if you are going to do an eye liner on the top, do it lighter.

Keep in mind, you don't have to wear black eyeliner, pencil or mascara. Brown is a defining colour that doesn't make your eyes look smaller and looks more natural. Clinque has a nice duo brown eyepencil in two shades of brown. I use the darker on the top outer corner to widen my eyes and the lighter along the bottom lashes.
YSL touche eclat is a highlighter pen that goes under and around the eye which makes eyes look brighter and more awake and no1 could tel your wearing make up. if you were goin to try more obvious make up the black/grey/brown eye liner (depending on your skin tone) on your bottom lid on your lash line (not above lashes this wil make eyes look smaller) and then on your top lid just above eye lashes. make sure your pencil is sharp and it wil take a few practices! hope this helps! o and cucumber in the morning and spoons left in the fridge over night just under the eyes! really works!

Also if your going somewhere fancy false eyelashes help. Also a good make up tip is wear a light neutral colour over the whole lid, like white or ivory or beige, then a slightly darker colour like tan at the outside edge. it makes all the difference.
Remember that light colours make things appear bigger and dark make them smaller...so put a pale shadow with a hint of sparkle right across your whole lid...from the lashes to the brow..not a lot...then put a darker colour like mid brown in the crease of your eyelids....blend it in and outward....then with a fine wet brush dipped in a darker brown again....line the very edge of your upper lashes..making the line go a bit wider towards the outer edge of your eye....and the smae underneath.
