I have tanned skin. not too tanned, buts its naturally olive i guess.

Allover blonde? If you aren't naturally blonde, then probably not.





Blonde would probably wash out your natural coloring. I'm guessing you're a natural brunette? If so, you could look great with highlights, whether just a few thin streaks or big bold chunks.





Blonde doesn't really do most people any favors. It can be harsh and can be damaging. Why don't you ask a hairdresser how to get a ';brighter'; look without going allover blonde? Highlights AND lowlights might be a way to achieve a multi-dimensional color variation without the damage (and upkeep!) of drastically lightening your hair!
Blonde hair looks good on a lot of different skin tones and eye colors. The question is will blone hair look good on YOU? Post a picture! I'm a black haired girl, but I am very pro-blonde.

Yes It Does! Your hair will eventually grow so then it will be blonde and your natural hair on top it will look even better :)
