I have small eyes too and sometimes I want to make them look a bit brighter and bigger. There are these small tapes you put on your eyelid (very close to your lashes like you would put on eyeliner) to create a crease which results to larger eyes. Try Mezaik, a Japanese cosmetic brand which sells these tiny eyelid tapes. You can get them from any beauty store here in Japan. Trust me they look totally natural :)I have average eyes and want to make them look little large. ?
You can get glasses or put a little bit of a light eye shadow in the corner of your eyes...

Without make-up?? Hmm... a good eyebrow shape helps! Also try using visine to clear the red and brighten the whites of your eyes (do not use it long term, could bother your eyes after a couple of days) that will make your eyes appear to be bright eyed.

Get you eyebrows thinned. Thick eyebrows make eyes look small. Additionally, use cotton balls dipped in rose water each night on your closed eyelids. This would naturally brighten your eyes and make you more relaxed. :-) And, fall in love.. That would bring glow all over you. Trust me it works,..:-)
