What works for me is I line the top %26amp; then on the bottom I only line halfway %26amp; smudge. It really makes a difference.
eyeliner is usually on top but if you want to make your eyes look bigger i think you should put kohl too at the bottom of your eyes to the outside

To make your eyes look bigger Tyra Banks says to use white eyeliner on the inside rim of your bottom lid and then put the black or the brown on the bottom outside. I dont like what it looks like when people put eyeliner on the top its slutty looking (on some people).

top definetly bot thin layer close to ur lash line then use white pencil on bottom ,use maybelline xxl mascara ,use light colors for shade and use only one color use white shadow under brow line.
Depending on the shape of your eyes. The top should be on your lash line and then the bottom should be on the bottom rim.
Put it on the top and bottom. Not too heavy.
Either top or bottom. Top would be better. If you put the top and bottom, it would ';close'; your eyes, making it look smaller.

put macara on the top n curl ur lashes then put white eye liner on the bottem rim of your eyes ( above ur lashline ) then a darker shade ( just a thin line ) on ur lower lashline ( on ur bottem eye lashes ) dont use black tho unless ur dark skinned grey green blue or brown is good depending on ur eye colour this does work i do it all the time
