White eyeliner looks creepy up close - go opposite of your eye color (I have blue eyes and use brown).
I use shadow as a liner. I can use a variety of colors and smudge it so it's natural. Then use a a great mascara - my favorite is L'Oreal.
Invest in a mascara for length ,volume and curls.use the shades of green minimally but they come out nicely on dark skin and will sure make your eyes larger nad more visible
Even a barely-there color such as a brown-toned eyeliner would work, plus it'd make your eyes look bigger while also looking natural.
well it depends on the color of your eyes. i have blue eyes and i wear mocha browns because brown brings out the color in my eyes. i think that everyone should stray away from black because it doesn't do anything for anyone it just makes you look goth.
Blue, it makes your eyes stand out and if they happen to be a little bit red it takes the red out to where people don't notice
yea. it depends wat color ur eyes are. i have blue/green eyes they change. so when they are blue where like blue eyeshadow.. but dont wear it iwth a like pink outfit that will look wierd. or if u have green eyes where like light green eye shadow and this light purpleish color to. it looks relaly pretty. they sell eye shadows made to brighten up ur eyes at wal mart. for brown hazel blue and green eyes. also u dont even have to wear eye shadow. just where shirts/outfits that bring out ur eyse. blue and green shirts really bring out my eyes
Tinting! It's like a dye and doesn't do anything harmful to you and looks really good!
