well it depends on the colors your using and for what reason. ie...clubbing or just a really good dinner out? Just apply black liner on upper lid and under your lashes on the bottom of eye. Then apply the color eye shadow your using like if its beige/browns then use your darker color from middle of the eye lid toward your brows from the corner of the eye to the outerlayer, lighter color right below eyebrow and right above your eyelashes. Do not overdo the mascara, usually one coat will do. Have fun with eye shadow, choose some pretty colors and blend them together for something original. On you eyeliner, practice makes perfect. First apply the concealer on anything you need to cover up, then put your foundation on (don't use to much!)after that use an eye shadow that's opposite in color than your eyes. Use a mascara and eyeliner that's not to harsh for your skin tone (ie. if your really white use dark brown, not black).
